  • I live in Branch, Genesee, Hillsdale, Jackson, Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe or Washtenaw County

  • I am working (or actively searching for work), attending school, participating in job training, or experiencing a life-crisis situation


Required Documentation:

Please be prepared to provide the following documentation with your completed application:

  • Proof of Residency

  • One month of recent paystubs (or letter from employer) for all adults

  • Benefit award letters (SNAP, Cash Assistance, SSI, etc.) Notice of Case Action document

  • Proof of DHHS Child Development and Care (CDC) Program application

  • Current school, college, or job training class schedule

  • Child-support documentation
